Required Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 15% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to departure from our facility.
You may cancel your reservation prior to September 1st of the corresponding year. Cancellations after September 1st will result in the loss of your deposit. Extenuating circumstances will result in your deposit carrying over to the next season.
